Great experience! Called and was able to come early, got everything done in a reasonable time, stayed to take care of some other problems a reasonable fee, and left everything clean and tidy. Prompt, professional, congenial. RightNOW Plumbing is top on our list of plumbers to call.

From the start, Right Now plumbing lived up to its name. They sent Andre to my house within hours of calling. He was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and gave me a quote, we put in the work order. He was back first thing the next day. He quickly and professionally installed the heater and some of the plumbing. He suggested more work to prevent future problems but was not pushy in anyway, he seemed genuinely concerned and not like he was trying to upsell me. (I've been in service 22 years and I know the difference!) Andre was patient with my questions and very well-mannered and likeable. He did a fantastic job cleaning up and even took trash that he didn't put there. I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend Andre.

Wonderful, friendly customer service. Had multiple quotes and Right Now came in the lowest. Water heater (20 years old!) busted on a Friday morning and they were there with a technician, Nick, that afternoon. We had Andre come on Monday and he was friendly, clean, and on time. He was thorough in his explanation of the work and what our expectations should be. I feel that if anything comes up that Right Now plumbing would honor their warranty.

Quick service. I was able to set up a same-day appointment for diagnosing a leak. Andre was professional, personable, and able to easily identify the problem. I also appreciated how the team gave me updates on arrival times. Thanks to all involved.

Andy came out almost immediately to view the house specific conditions and give me an estimate. When scheduled, it was Andy that came back to perform the work. The quality of the work was outstanding and it was refreshing to see the work performed by the same knowledgeable person who originally assessed the situation.

I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Andy. In all fairness, he wasn't at the time originally described, BUT he was within the 3-hour time window discussed. And his professionalism and candor more than made up for it. I will only call this company from now on. Highly recommended.

We had a somewhat complicated problem with our sump pump. TJ from RightNOW Plumbing showed up on time. He took the time to figure out what the problem was and give two possible courses of action and prices for each. He carefully explained the options. There was no pressure to pick the more expensive solution but we decided to completely replace the 26-year-old sump pump and clean out the sump. TJ did an excellent job - cleaning the sump. It was obviously a messy job but he cleaned the area very well. I am very pleased with the service from TJ. The new Zoeller pump is much more powerful than the original. I expect years of trouble-free service from the pump. I would strongly recommend RightNow Plumbing. Not only was TJ excellent, informative, professional and friendly, but the office sent emails informing us every step of the way. It is a pleasure to work with a good contractor.

The name says it all! My water heater sprung a leak and one call to Right Now had a crew out the next day. Nick, the office manager handled the call with the utmost professionalism. The installation tech went above and beyond leaving the area cleaner than he found it. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Right Now.
